Reagan made her first bathing suit debut at the Chipoakes Park Pool. She had on a full body bathing suit to help keep the sun exposure to a minimum...Michael called it her "decent suit".
She liked the water, but didn't splash in it...she just investigated it by putting her hands under and watching them move.
